Other Important things to Keep in Mind

Sorry about that handwriting. That was one of the other fairies experimenting with the thick stem of a leaf in purple ink (but how come Oberon, the only one who possesses purple ink, gave it to him and not me, his privy counselor?). Well, anyways. Back to the important things I had to tell you.

Adaptations (This Means Everyone liked Midsummer Night's Dream and wanted to make new versions of it)

That fairy again! Allow me to do the honours of kicking him out.....

Yes. So, everyone liked my story, and decided to showcase it to the whole world through numerous ballets, Fairyvision and movie adaptations. Here are some examples.

Ballets:

Frederick Ashton's 'The Dream', a short ballet performed by the England Royal Ballet, The Joffrey Ballet and The American Ballet Theatre.

George Balanchine's 'A Midsummer Night's Dream', a
full-length ballet performed by The New York City Ballet

Fairyvision and movie adaptations:

A 1999 film, 'A Midsummer Night's Dream', directed and written by Michael Hoffman, is the most popular adaptation.

A 2005 Fairyvision adaptation of A Midsummer Night's Dream consisted of: Polly (Hippolyta), Theo (a mix of Egeus and Theseus), Zander (Lysander), James Demetrius (Demetrius), Hermia and Helena. The story is mostly the same but is set in modern times.
